A-DOCUMENTS TO BE COMPLETED Go to Top

The following documents must be completed :

Curriculum vitae : This must be competed by principal applicant and spouse (please note that the dates must correspond to the dates on each of your reference letters). If you already have an updated CV, please provide a copy of it.

Application for Permanent Residence in Canada : This must be completed by the principal applicant.

Background / Declaration : The principal applicant, his or her spouse or common-law partner, if applicable, and all dependent children aged 18 years or older listed in the application for permanent residence must complete their own copy of this form. If there is not enough space to provide all the necessary information, attach to this form a separate sheet of paper with further details. Print your name at the top of each additional sheet and indicate the form's title and the number of the question you are answering.

Federal Skilled Workers : This form must be completed by the principal applicant. If there is not enough space to provide all the necessary information, attach to this form a separate sheet of paper with further details.

Additional family information : This form must be completed by the principal applicant, his or her spouse or common-law partner (if applicable) and all dependant children aged 18 years or older whether accompanying the main applicant or not. You shall mention all brothers and sisters also brothers and sisters in law.


B-DOCUMENTS TO BE SIGNED ONLY Go to Top

The following documents must be signed only :

Mandate for Skilled Workers : To be signed by the principal applicant at the left bottom of the page, where indicated ‘Signature of applicant’.

Background / Declaration : This form must be signed at pages 3 and 4 by the principal applicant, his or her spouse or common-law partner (if applicable).

Additional family information : This form must be signed at page 1 by the principal applicant, his or her spouse or common-law partner (if applicable).

Authority to Release Information to Designated Individuals : The principal applicant must sign this form at page 1.


C-PHOTOS SPECIFICATION Go to Top

We need six photos of the principal applicant, his or her spouse and each dependent children. their names must appear on the back of each photo. Take this notes with you to the photographer Make sure that you provide six photos for the principal applicant spouse and each children.

Note to the photographer
  • The photographs must : Show a full front view of the person's head and shoulders showing full face centered in the middle of the photograph. Have a plain white background. Be identical (black and white or color) produced from the same untouched negative, or exposed simultaneously by a split-image or multi-lens camera.


  • The photographs must : Measure between 25 mm and 35 mm (1" and 1 3/8") from chin to crown Have a 35 mm * 54 mm (1 3/8" * 1 3/4") finished size

Proficiency in English and French

All applicants are asked to provide evidence of their official language proficiency at the time of application, either by submitting the results of an approved third party language test or by detailed written submission. Written submissions on language proficiency must demonstrate that the applicant meet the standards set by the Canadian Language Benchmarks.

The best way to provide proof of language skills it to take a language proficiency test given by an organization approved by citizenship and immigration.

1. Quebec Processing Fees:

The first fees to be paid when you submit your application are the Quebec processing fees.
Fees must be paid by bank draft, in Canadian dollars, drawn on bank in Canada, and payable to ‘the Receiver General for Canada’. For more information click here.

Or : If it’s more convenient, you can add the processing fees to our professional fees, and we will paid them on behalf.

2. Our professional fees

Our fees to process your immigration application are totally guaranteed.

The first half is payable when you send us your file and second half will be payable once you are accepted by the immigration authorities.

In case of refusal, the first payment will be totally refunded.

If you decide to go on with your file, you should send us all the documents needed, with half of our fees and the processing fees.

You can send the fees and the processing fees by making a bank draft to Bohbot & Associates or you can make a wire transfer according to the instructions herein attached.
